Hi, I’m Jarrod. A Musician, Carpenter, Father/ Husband & Million Dollar Biller in the I.T. Recruitment industry. Yes, I’ve had a pretty eclectic life so far, but let’s skip to the bit that you want to know about, why we should talk.
For over 13 years I’ve been practicing and refining sales & training techniques that made me one of the the highest revenue generating consultants in the industry, achieving millions of dollars in sales. I was also a Business Leader & Partner involved in business strategy, management, cost analysis, marketing, training & more. I have built & lead teams of people, trained & mentored for success, I love seeing people grow & progress knowing I had a part to play.
I believe that building long lasting relationships based on trust, coupled with a positive customer experience is key to having a successful business.
Working with a wide range of clients & industry sectors, I have an appreciation for the intricacies involved in different situations, understanding that sometimes solutions need to be tailored to the uniqueness of the business or individual.
